Outside Seat belt detector

By Dora M.

This idea would be useful more from a safety standpoint and encourage people to wear their seat belt. An out side light, at the back of the vehicle, that begins flashing when the car is started and does not stop flashing until seat belts are buckled. This light could be detected by officers and used to signal that a driver and/or passenger is not wearing a seat belt.

A driver should take responsibility for his and his passengers own safety. The government can't put us in balls of cotton and protect us from the world.

That is advertising invasion of privacy. Strongly object. I agree with warnings but keep in the vehicle......the police do not need anymore additional help with invsion of privacy. If there is an accident the Event Data Recorder will catch it.
