I'd think Ford would have happier customers and make extra dollars if there were reasonable priced upgrades available for the dealers to do for cars that did not have certain functions as built. Example 1: I got a compass (not really needed) on my 2010 Fusion instead of the useful and preferred (expected when acquired) outside temp - dealer said no way to upgrade - or Example 2: my 2007 Expedition Limited would have been upgraded with the following if available - has auto down window on drivers side - I'd upgrade to auto down on both front windows and auto up of both - as my new cars have. Also Bluetooth integrated call phone and backup camera in the Nav system as the newer cars have.
