Focus Wagon

Offer the wagon version for the new Focus to US customers with both transmission options. I opted to purchase a Volvo V50, a then product owned by Ford, because Ford did not offer a MT wagon for 2008. Now with Global platform sharing, Ford has a chance to offer a wagon again, the same as Europe. I would love to purchase the wagon in place of the hatchback for more cargo space. I am employed with the US Army in Germany and have seen and driven the 2012 Focus wagon. It is a great car and has more cargo space compared to the Focus hatch (476mm vs. 316mm ). Will Ford offer the Focus wagon for the US?

I managed to break my leg and having a Focus Wagon was a blessing in having space to haul a wheel chair. We have a 2003 and would definitely consider another Focus wagon. Another thing we like about the wagon is the amount of flat floor to load stuff. It is nice to be protected by the being under the hatch during rain. We love our Focus wagon.

Still waiting for Ford to offer it's North American customers the wagon bodystyle. I've owned two and they were by far the most useful, fun and good-looking vehicles I've ever owned. Please, Ford, let me make it a trifecta! While I'm asking, the six-speed manual transmission should be an option...

I think a new focus wagon is a great idea! My father got hid of his explorer for a more fuel efficent 2004 focus wagon. He wants a new one but still needs something with room in it. For most familys a station wagon would still be a practicle idea.

My wife loves her 2002 VW Passat Wagon. She needs to replace this older car. She also loves my new Focus SE Sport Sedan. The Focus Wagon would be perfect. However she may not be able to get it and may need to go elsewhere........... Please Ford don't make her do it!

Hatchbacks are hot now......give the public the luxury of choice. We know that Ford has these incredible vehicles in markets outside of North America. Develop an upscale electric/hybrid division to replace Mercury. Re-imagine Lincoln as an American luxury-speed-technology brand that is cutting edge with anything new that Ford has to offer, tech-wise. Why no Grand C-Max? I have an '06 Mazda5 sport manual with 140'000 miles on it and I wanted a C-max with sliding doors. Why no go?

I would to have a Focus wagon. I was living in Germany when the Mark II Focus came out. I thought for sure that we would get in the US. After I wrote Ford repeatedly asking for it, they said no and that it would be too expensive. I ended up getting a Volvo V50 w 6-MT. It shares the same chassis and most components as the European Focus MK II does. I would have preferred Ford over Volvo however; it would have been cheaper. So Ford saying that the Euro MK II Focus would have cost more was invalid, because I would have paid that price as I did pay more for the Volvo.

Good idea, I've seen this car, bring it hear and I am sorry the C-Max isn't coming. But I am waiting to see the new escape, Taurus Wagaon, yes!
