Strike up the band and get those fireworks ready—it’s almost Independence Day! This Fourth of July, when you’re waving your flags and celebrating everything that makes the U.S. great, be sure to snap a patriotic picture and share it with Ford Social.

Nothing says land of the free like a classic Ford car or truck carrying the grand marshal of the parade down your local main street. Or adding some patriotic décor to your vehicle. There are lots of ways to celebrate the birth of our great nation, and we want to see every single one!

Need some Independence Day inspiration? Check out these star-spangled pictures from your fellow Ford Social fans:
  • There isn’t much that personifies America better than a dependable truck on the family farm. And Adam M.’s red, white and blue F-Series makes us want to stand up and salute.

  • Speaking of those famous colors, Greg B. celebrated the end of his military service abroad by buying his wife a red Ford Edge and his son a white F-150. It took a while to find the blue Fiesta with the equipment he wanted, but when he did, they had the most patriotic driveway in town.

  • Rich T. had the right idea when he posed his Mustang Boss® 302 in front of a local mural. Does it get more American than this picture?

  • John M. was looking for a way to celebrate military service. So this custom-wrapped, modified 2000 Ford Focus is a high-powered salute to our men and women in uniform.

  • From elaborate rebuilds to classic cars, Heidi S. shows us how a simple addition to an unmistakable Model A grille can really show off one’s love of country.

From iconic photos bathed in red, white and blue, to the colorful pyrotechnic skies over your town’s celebration, the essence of America is depicted so many different ways.

How do you celebrate the founding of this great nation? If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what is your pictorial ode to America? What images capture the American spirit that shines forth on Independence Day?
