F-250 Great Construction Truck

I have a 2001 F-250 5.4 gas supercab bought in Nov. 2000 .   That’s 14 great years.   497,000 miles and going strong.    Same engine, same trans, same
exhaust system.  Only 1 plug coil replaced.  Nothing inside engine or trans ever done.  Engine is just now loosing a little rear seal oil.  burns (or looses) about a quart every 1000 miles.   Never have added any oil or fuel additive.  Just changed oil every 3000 miles.   General maintanance done brakes, bearings,
etc..   Changed water pump twice, intack manofold twice, alternator once. Truck never has let me down, it is on the road 6 – 7 days a week as I’m a contractor and must drive many miles.   Got to decide if i want to change out engine and trans with new ones or sell and buy new.   I,m leaning about putting in new drivetrain in this body, no rust, so  why not keep it .    Great truck   ford
