My name is Jean O’Donnell. In Feb of 2011 my husband and I purchased a F250 Superduty. WOW! We were in love. It was a beauty; a blue, 4 wheel drive, Lariat package dream truck. We were over the road truck drivers, so we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked, but we did take two road trips in it. the first from Dallas, TX to Pensacola, FL; and the second, pulling a 38′ fifth wheel toy hauler, to Sturgis, SD. It was the most luxurious workhorse imaginable. It pulled that RV like it wasn’t even there. My husband was over the moon extatic with this truck. Unfortunatly, in Dec of 2011 he was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome, a bone marrow cancer simular to Leukemia, and we could no longer pay for the truck. After trying to sell it ourselves with no luck, we had to let it go back. My husband had a bone marrow transplant, and with God’s help, will make a full recovery. It will be a while, but I pray he’ll have a normal life again. As you can tell from his picture, he has not lost his sense of humor. We gave up a lot of material things when he became ill due to financial constraints, none of which bothered me in the least. The only thing we lost that got to him was this truck. Although he is very thankful to have a chance at a normal life again, and very appreciative of everything his medical team and family and friends have done for him, he still pines for his F250 Superduty.
