As the odometer reached 00000 once again, I shook my head in amazement; 300,000 miles on my 1993 Ranger and still going strong! I commute 90 miles a day to and from work, and through rain, snow, and ice, I have not missed a day due to mechanical failure. Sure, I,ve had an occasional problem ( battery, lights, and such), but I just change the oil and filter every 3,000 miles and hop in and drive.
I want to thank Ford Motor Company for making such a reliable product; it’s good to know one can still expect quality in a vehicle. I hope to own a Ranger the rest of my life; heck, my maroon truck might out-live me! I’m shooting for 500,000 miles…
