Summer Drunk

While clearing trees for a gentleman we thoroughly enjoyed using our 2007 Ford F 150 to commute to and from the field and to pull trees into the burn pile we’d been cutting. On a leisure drive to town to fill up we were stopped at a red light…3pm sitting there enjoying the company of my wife and our two black labs. We were hit from behind by a drunk driver and slammed into the middle of the interesction. Thankfully no one involved was hurt. I just wanted to say though, that i am extremely proud of how the Ford held up. The guy that hit us was driving a brand new Chevy 2500 (still had intransit plates) and failed to even touch the brakes. He was going around 55mph when he crashed into us. As i was saying about being so proud….the bed of by truck took the entire blunt force, we were hit so square on even the tail lights weren’t broken. Needless to say I was a Ford fan before and will only entrust my family’s well being including my brand new baby girl to nothing but a Ford! Thanks for all you do!
