Purchased My First New Vehicle, Ever!
DEC
12

My family works at building power plants for a company called TIC. We travel all over the united states. So that means a lot of miles. We were in Denver CO and decided it was time to purchase a new truck for me. Usually I got a used one but the deals were so good that year. I am an avid colts fan from Indianapolis so I wanted a colts blue. Also I requested somewhere I could sit my purse other than on the seat. Such a girl. I found my truck of all places at John Elway car dealer ship. For those that don’t know that is a famous quarterback for the Denver broncos. Needless to say I get some comments about the colts plates and the name of a broncos quarterback on the tailgate. I love old blue as I call her. She has 116000 miles and runs great. My grandfather taught me right on keeping up the maintenance as company suggests. She has a little wear on the seats but she is my very first new vehicle and I put every mile on her myself with love.

Ford, The world really does want to buy a small Ranger pick up truck with a diesel engine. I have been getting lovely responses from folks at Ford saying is ton't happen but with no explanation of why not. Trust me. There's a market for a nimble and efficient little commuter/truck for all us boomers who have toys and stuff to lug around, who know how to drive stick, and who are downsizing. You make Rangers for every other market and you make some decent small diesels. Please give this a good long thought and do some market research among potential buyers. Either you aren't asking the right questions or you aren't asking the right people.
