In may 1994 I bought a new F-150 300 cu.in six / manual transmission,to replace 1982 F-100(same engine)
In 2006 I bought a new F-150 (4.2 lt. /manual transmission)I thought about selling the 1994 (paint was original) and my wife suggested we keep it since it had given great service.no major repairs.so she had a new paint job put on( ORIGINAL: RED ELECTRIC METALLIC. after over 101,600 miles the truck still runs like it was new,and now looks like it . even though I drive the 2006 I still find myself driving old red.IT is just like a good friend. now we have 2 grandsons fighting over who gets old red and I just smile and say isn’t going to happen. not to my old friend

Your Ideas
There have been several times where I have used my F-150 to get a load of Top soil or mulch and I have wished that the bed of my truck would raise up and tilt. I never liked the Idea of double handling of material. I know that there is an after-market kit you can get to convert it to a tilt bed but that can get really expensive but if it came standard or as an option I for one would purchase one.
