My Ford Has Over 242,000 Miles

My 2001 Ford F-150 has over 242,000 miles and I haven’t had a single engine problem. I have never had to replace any coil packs. The spark plugs have only been replaced once. At 160,000 miles we had to replace the transmission and since then I’ve had to do a few minor repairs here and there but nothing I couldnt do by myself.

Charles Hall Well, if you take the first 2 and exchange it with the 4 you'll get the number of miles my Ford 1996 Ford Ranger has on the odometer. Almost 423,000 miles and runner like new on the original I4engine that still can get 30 mpg Hyway.

Bradley I had a 97 F-250 that got to 310,000 miles it was still running great. at 150,000 i was just gonna run it into the ground since it wasn't worth much. so i didn't change the oil or anything for about 30,000 miles and it just kept going. just had to add water once a week and change the heater core a few times. traded it in with the cash for clunkers program and bought another ford. that was the best vehicle ive ever owned, i'm optimistic this new for will be even better.

Jacob Stewart I have a 2000 F250 Super Duty. It has *drum roll* 304,428 thousand miles on it. Its only fault is its owner (me), cause I have accidentally broken the alternator by leaving it on all night xP

Dean Got something very similar, same year, but in green. Haven't had to do a thing to it outside of some shocks and ball joints. I'm at about 200k now, can't wait to see 300!
