I guess I may be the only guy in the country who likes the reg cab, 6.5 foot bed, 2wd truck with the most powerful engine. What’s up with that? I don’t know but, that’s what I bought new in November 1999. I have 330,000 miles on my f150 and will have to keep driving it until I can talk my beloved Ford family into building me another just like it. I must admit I am tempted by the Eco boost but can’t get it in the truck I want, nor can I get the big block. 5.0 Or the 4.whatever is my choices. Just a little frustrated with the fam right now but, that’s ok were still Family. No way am I going to buy a government subsidized truck from chevy or dodge. Aint gonna happen, as we say here in the south, bailout my eye. Anyway, my truck has been and still is a fine machine. I stay on top of the maintenance and work it hard. Thanks ford, I’m proud of you. Mr. CEO, call me when you have my truck ready. I sell everybody I know on your products.
