My Father uses his 2003 Ford F 150 to haul his tractor to his gold mining claim in northern Ca. He adjusts the ramps off the back, and drives his tractor into the bed of his truck. It is a half an inch to wide, but he just lets the air out of the tires to squeeze it between the wheel wells. He also uses his F 150 to haul his raft and trailer out of the river when he is finished for the day dredging. He also hauls a full load of firewood to heat his home too. He says that his Ford has never let him down…he will be a Ford man for the rest of his life ! He is 78 years old !
