It Just Runs And Runs And Runs

I bought my new F150 XLT SuperCab in January 2001, now 10 years later with 462,000 miles on it…..I’m doing the countdown to half million!
Its the 4.2L V6 which is decent on gas. But here’s the interesting part. Besides having the rear-end rebuilt twice and the intake manifold cleaned of carbon build up, and gone through 3 batteries and three starters, everything else is ORIGINAL!!!

Noah Postell I have a 1998 F-150 with the 4.6L V8. I am currently only 5,500 miles from the half million mile mark. Its the original engine and transmission. Aside from occasional minor repairs, (starters, water pump, etc.) only scheduled maintenance keeps its running.
