How Far My Ford Has Taken Me.

My husband Charles has been driving the same Ford F150 since 1996. As of Today, 2/4/2010 he reached the 300,000 (three hundred thousand) miles mark. He got his truck brand new, with a little less than 100 miles on it when he bought it. The motor is still intact, he has only had the transmission rebuilt about a year ago. He will not even look at buying another vehicle. This truck is his heart. He has replaced the door handles 3 times because they keep breaking. Which right now he is in need of a set of door handles. We have always been a Ford Family and there will never be another brand in our household. I myself had a 1998 Ford Explorer and passed it down to my daughter and my son will be getting a Ford when he is of age.
We will not drive another. We just wanted to share our story with you because of the miles on his truck.

Hello, I have been a team mom every season for my 2 kids for the last 4 years. I love to be part of my community, volunteer in my kids school and attend city district meetings but sometimes it's hard to find parking and fit in narrow parking structures with my lovely F-150 truck known as Jitano by my family. I love the little mini cars, but I wish they made a mini truck version for use only within our city boundaries. I would love to be a 3 seated in the front, with a truck compartment in the back, where all the sport equipment could fit, including the mini cooler. And when necessary a retractable cover, would cover the back of the truck portion of the mini car truck. I love the game and to give all the love and affection Ford-my kids. :)
