The 1988 Ford F-150 I have had for 20 years has been the best truck.We have put it through all we can think of like pulling trees,haul feed and 2,000lb rocks.The 4X4 you just can not beat love the low range takes hills, and mud thick mud up to the bed.But I think the truck was made for Hard Work not for play.Always go with ford nothing else.

the f-150/f-250 have almost very thing a work truck need ...but it doesnt have a lift bed option to help unload (gravel, lumber, brush.etc. the new models look great pull hard but could make work a little easier it would have to raise about (18-24) inches to be helpful renfosed with a 1in steal frame should give it the stuability it would need
