In June 2011 I had been to the local dealership in Plattsmouth, Ne. for service on my 2009 Fusion. While leaving the dealership, I noticed a red F150 on the used car lot sitting all by itself and looking lonely. Stopped and checked out this ‘new’ XL conventional cab and the only option was ‘carpet delete’ on the window sticker in the glove box. I couldn’t believe, 6,890 miles and it looked all but new…My last four pick-ups had been Rangers, all but one red, I was six days into retirement and needed a bed to haul in instead of the Lincoln Aviator in the drive. So I traded…and now have a great workhorse and traveling companion. I have since moved to Texas and really enjoy this vehicle.
