My f-150 just turned 300,000 on the original motor and transmission. The trans just had its FIRST service less than 10,000 miles ago. Still getting 20MPG on the freeway, shifting smooth as silk, all features still work. ZERO issues with the truck thus far. Oil changed every 3,000 miles with 5w-20 Motorcraft oil. When Ford makes trucks this good, how can i justify replacing it for a new one?? Plan on taking her to 500,000!
