Funniest Summer Since 1978

Bought an old 1971 Ford F-250 Ranger XLT Camper Special for $700 on Craigslist. It was all original and totally complete. Put another $800 into it in parts and restoration and got it into a car show and joined a car club with it. What a blast for an old Friday night, Saturday night cruiser. I only wish I had before and after pictures of it to show you what it looked like the day I bought it and now. Drive it nearly daily and plan on lots more shows and cruisen with the club during the summers in the coming years. The truck is 41 years young, built October 1970 in San Jose, California. If you are interest in hot rodding, a late 60’s early 70’s Ford pickup is a great project. Strong engines, lost of easy to get and cheap parts and trucks have always reflected the personalities of their owners. Keep on Truckin.
