The truck was bought used in the early 90s its been a great old truck it has the 300 ford with the 4 speed maunual transmission truck actually was in a wreck in 2001 when an 18 wheeler hit it but its still runs fine didnt dammage the frame . definitely the 300 is a great motor. hard to know the exact mileage because the odometer rolls over at 100000.
