On December 16, 2010, I was involved in a rollover accident on Interstate 17 in Flagstaff AZ. I was on my way home to Phoenix AZ from a semester at college only driving 30 mph., when I hit ice and rolled my car two times, landing on the opposite side of the interstate. All of the windows except the driver side passenger window had blown out on the first roll, and the roof of the vehicle was caved in. I had a passenger in the car as well, and her side of the car was the worst and with her being as tall as she was, it was a miracle she was okay. She suffered some minor cuts and bruises, as well as a broken finger. Not to mention the 7 month old puppy on board with us miraculously survived as well. We both walked away from what could have ended our lives, but because of a well made vehicle, which was a 1998 Ford-Mercury Mountaineer, we survived. I will recommend a good old piece of American Steel, like my Mercury, to anyone who is in the car buying market.
