The Truck That Will Not Die
MAY
31

My Dad bought our Explorer brand new in 1997. As of today, it has 399,527 miles on it! This thing has been through hell and back and still looks great. My Dad worked construction until 2005 and regularly pulled a trailer. The truck has also hauled our family to Florida and back (we are from Michigan) several times. Most of these times, we were pulling a 19 foot boat! The truck still has original engine and only second transmission. For 15 years, this has been my Dad’s only form of transport. He uses it for everything. Today, he is in product design and still pulls a large trailer down the road. The truck shows no sign of giving up. Just a story that I felt needed sharing about this indestructible truck!
