Recently I was in an accident in which I was hit and forced off the highway, landing about 120 feet on the street below. Both front airbags in my 2004 Explorer deployed, the back window shattered, the frame twisted and all 4 tires blew out. I suffered a broken back, and underwent 9-1/2 hours of surgery. I have a long recovery ahead of me, but I believe it is the strength and dependability of my Explorer that saved my life and prevented this from being an even more tragic experience than it was. I have a wife and two small children who need me, and I am thankful every day that I have the opportunity to see them.
