Still Going Strong

I am the original owner of a 1997 white Ford Expedition with 238,000 miles and its still going strong. She has only had minor maintenance such as oil changes, tires, light bulbs, etc. This truck has definitely been good to me. My goal is to put 300,000 on it. I hope I can achieve it.

The Ford Expedition should revise it's engine of choice to include the 3.5 Ecoboost found on the current F-150 for both the performance boost as well as better mileage. The current 5.4-litre V8 should be discontinued altogether as it is a vastly outdated and thirsty engine. Adding a V8 diesel engine might also be a good idea for foreign markets where diesels are much more popular. The best example of this is Toyota's Land Cruiser which has a 4.5L turbo diesel in other parts of the world.
