Winter Driving In Alaska...
DEC
05

My first winter with the Bronco II, some time around ‘00-’01, came upon the state snow plow/sand truck, his right wheels were in the drain ditch and his mid-body blade digging into the road bed. I had him lift his plow blades, hooked up to him with my 2 1/2 in log chain, set my truck into low 4×4 and proceded to pull him the 6 feet needed to get his wheels back on the road. I didn’t give him any grief that day, but I tell this story just about every winter, usually after helping someone else out of the ditch.
