My name is Hector Perdomo. I just want to thank Ford for building such a safe vehicles that have been part of my life! It’s been almost ten years now and I didn’t even realize it?
On April 2, 2001 I was coming home from work. It was a little after 1 a.m. in the morning. I was traveling approximately 50-55 mph. I past a car and didn’t think nothing of it? I proceeded on my route home- when all of a sudden all I remember was laughing at my old job and then all of a sudden I woke up upside down and screaming for help? When I finally released my seat belt I dropped and proceeded right- That’s when I realized what had just happened! I was rear ended by a corvette and I flipped over more than five times and slide on my roof for over fifty feet-I walked away without a “SCRATCH!” That night an angel”DAVID” touched me and till this day I ask myself” How am I still alive?”Thank you Ford and of course thank you GOD! For making Ford!

Good Afternoon, I own a 2011 Ford Edge SEL AWD with SYNC as one of the features I selected upon purchase. After updating the SYNC system using www.syncmyride.com, a usb stick, some time and gas, I've discovered your system could be simpler. Since the SYNC system can already connect to my home wifi and create a hotspot, why not allow the functionality to connect directly to the syncmyride website via that wifi connection, and complete the necessary updates? It just seems like a simpler process than the current one, and if the issue is internal storage space on the SYNC system, being able to plug in the USB stick into the vehicle's USB slots should correct that problem. Thanks Alot, Mike
