I have a 1996 Ford Taurus, her name is Blue. She has over 217,000 miles and just keeps on going like the Energizer Bunny. Her original parts are just now having to be replaced due to age, including a battery that was just replaced 2 years ago. Maintenance on her is done routinely. This amazing car runs when newer cars do not. My ex-boyfriend had a 2004 Kia Sedona and it was always in the shop, yet my “Blue” kept going. On the highway, this wonderful car can take on any of the new, faster ones, leaving them to “eat her dust”. I have a lot of pride in driving her around town. It’s been suggested that I trade her in because of the age and the repairs that have had to be done (again, original items). However, until I can be convinced that this car cannot be repaired and will never run again, trading her in is totally out of the question!
THANK YOU, Ford, for making such an amazing, wonderful car!
Sincerely
Kathy Bles
