I am a third generation employee/retiree with Ford. It has always been more than a job for me it has been a way of life. My grandfather started at Highland Park in 1917 and my father started at the Rouge in 1939. I started in 1977 at the Rouges Ford steel mill. I have always been proud to say that I worked at Ford, but even more so today after the collapse of our industry. When Ford said no to any help from our government. We did it the old fashion way with hard work and sacrifice. The picture I posted is with my son at the Ford World Headquarters with my 2002 Saleen. We try to go to many car events during the short summers we have hear in Michigan. Like I said when I blead , it’s Ford Blue……..
