My family are did hard Ford fans. They drive nothing but Fords so Ford was engraved in me at a young age. My first encounter with a mustang was one day me and my dad where watching the history channel and they was talking about the original Mustang 1 concept car and I fell in love with it. Since then I started to read everything about Mustangs, collected mustang toys, wore mustang Tshirts and hats. Then one day I found out that my dad and my 2 uncles all had Mustangs at sometime when they were teens. My dad had a black 82 GT, my Uncle Billy had a 86 GT, and my Uncle Tommy had a 89 Lx 5.0. Well my dad got into old cars and had owned two classic fords before. One a 65 Comet, the other a 67 Ranchero. My dad sold the Ranchero and winded up buying a 1965 Mustang coupe. I love that thing to death and thought I was going to have it to drive to school but that dream got shot down real soon. So last year my dad sold the 65 and for Christmas got me a 89 Lx 2.3 notch back. It was the best Christmas ever. Now I have a pony of my own. It’s not a 5.0 but don’t let it fool you. It can spin tires with the rest of them.
