Cody And The Love Of His Life!

My husband and I bought this 2005 V6 Ford Mustang for our son’s 16th birthday. It has become a really nice father-son bonding project. Not long after getting the car, my son got his first job and since then has been fixing up his ride. I’m not sure who enjoys it more – father or son! My son loves this car like no other.

As gas prices continue to raise I would love too own a Plug-in Hybrid, however to date there are none that are good looking, and at a reasonable price. If ford was to produce the EVOS basically as is I would purchase it. There are a few things that I would change such as using adjustable seats, and removing the TVs from the backs of the seats. While I personally like the gull wing doors I think standard style doors would be move desired from a practical aspect. I love everything about the body style and would not change anything there it is both sporty and with the backseat is practical. One thing that ford would have to do when producing the EVOS is not have a lot of standard extra features that raise the price above the point that nullify any savings you get in using the electric aspect of the car. I think if the base price could be kept to 30-35k it would be reasonable. According to a recent CNN article in 2011 we spent an average of $368.09/month (4,417.08 per year) on gas. Just think how nice it would be to have a nice looking car and not have to use all that gas.
