Customer Service Alive And Well At Ford Motor

We purchased two Ford vehicles in Jackson, Michigan from Mark Twitchell at Seymour Ford. We were considering a Ford Focus or a Vibe. Mark’s enthusiasm for the Ford Motor Company and the way he treated my husband and me, convinced us to go with a Ford. We just arrived at our Florida home for the winter, when a brake system light alerted us something was wrong. We took it to the dealership, thinking, we won’t have a “Mark Twitchell” experience. We were wrong. Miriam Iglesias was sensational. She reassured us in the way she treated us and our problem, that we made the right decision. She arranged for a loaner vehicle, had our SUV cleaned before releasing it and thanked us for choosing Ford. What a great experience. Ford knows how to WOW customers, and it’s refreshing to know that this attention to customer service is at the very core of Ford’s culture. Thank you.
