Accident

Thank you Ford for your slogan “Built Ford Tough”. Your automobiles are built this way because my 2009 Focus was totaled this past Tuesday. My girlfriend was on her way to work in the Focus when a ups delivery truck hit her. The bumper, back windshield, and passenger side metal was destroyed in the accident and my girlfriend is alive all because of the way the car was built. If the ups driver had been going faster, my car would’ve been in engulfed due to the metal coming close to the gas tank.I’m in the process of looking for another Ford automobile and will continue to buy Fords until the day I die. Feel free to see the pictures of the accident on my Facebook page.Keep up the great work!

Please make the key fob smaller in the vehicles like the ford fusion. It is simply too large! When inserted into the steering wheel, it sticks out too far and poses a safety hazard in an accident. Either make it smaller, or move it from the steering column. It sticks out far enough that I always feel I am going to hit it with my knee and break it.
