I started my day with a 30k service appt at 7:30am. It went poorly to say the least. I won’t get into details but I was furious with the way I had been treated at a Ford dealer. I called Ford customer care to inquire where I could find a dealer who would treat me right. Though a specific dealer wasn’t suggested, it was brought up that I could take my car to a Lincoln dealer rather than a Ford dealer. That was the best decision I have made in a long time. The service representative listend to my questions, comments, and complaints and made sure that I would be satisfied. This Lincoln dealer will have all my service business going forward. I cannot say enough good things for the way I was treated and the thoroughness of the appt. I wanted a dealer who would listen to me and respect that I am well versed in my own vehicle. Jesse at Bloomington Lincoln treated me in a way that made me feel as though I could trust his opinion and he would trust mine. It was the way a service experience would be taught at a training seminar.
