I went on a double-date for Valentine’s Day. My best friend’s girlfriend purchased him a “Love Fish” to symbolize their relationship. After a fun night out together, I dropped everyone off at their houses, drove home, and went to bed.

The next morning I scraped the windows of the LTD and got ready for work. I glanced into the back seat, and realized that my buddy had left the Love Fish, which now had about 3 inches of ice across the top of the bowl!

I took the Love Fish inside and filled it with hot water to counter the ice-cold water. The fish sprang back to life, swam around like lightning for 30 seconds, and then went belly-up and floated to the top.

Sadly, so did his relationship after this episode!
