when I was 15 I went to work for a local farmer stacking hay. I seen this 68 fairlane in a side barn and asked him if it was for sale. He sold it to me for 200.00 i worked all summer to pay it off. he said I’d need to tow it home. well I aired up the tires and tightened the screws on the carb put the battery in and it started right up. drove it home with the farmers jaw hanging to his knees
