My First Convertible
SEP
05

When I was 16 years old I traded a 1946 coupe for the convertible, of course there were a few dollars exchanged. I think the 49 and 50 Fords changed the whole auto industry after the war. The lines were clean there were no others yet like them. I kept the convertible for a couple of years then traded it for another car. When I retired I still loved the 50 Ford and started looking for a convertible. When I found it I had it completly dismantled and restored to the last bolt. The car has won numerous awards and alwasy draws people to it.
