Place cameras like the ones used in backup cameras on the outside of the frame where the windshield and other window / rear window frames are and then project the image to the inside of the frames using a thin screen-type medium. The cameras would be aimed from the driver's perspective. My idea is that you could then see things that would normally be blocked by the frames. It would appear that you don't have frames.
