I feel the driver would be more aware of his speed if our ford vehicles showed a digital readout of the speed shown on the lower part of the drivers side windshield.i just drove a rental lincoln towncar. with the sun shining i could see the speedometers needle but could not see the dial so i had no idea of my speed.with it showing on the windshield the driver should always be aware of his speed.by the way i am a retired ford engineer.

Steven H I recently went from a Buick to my beautiful Ford f150. The thing I miss about my Buick is the digital speed readout. The older I get the more difficult that analog readout is to see. It's funny, I can get my sync to do almost anything, but I can't get the digital readout. Most of the other gauges us speed in them, fuel economy, overage speed, the stuff id there, lets us it. 2 months(s) ago via Ford Social
