In testing the '12 Focus I found the driver's visability somewhat restricted because the driver's seat has no elevation. (I am 5' 7", not very tall) . The seat slides forward and back only. The back rest tilts nicely but that does not solve the problem. For short people, especially many women, their visability would be enhanced by being able to raise the seat 3 or 4". To me a cushion or 2 would helt but that is hardly an ideal solution. My suggestion--put in or at least offer as an option a seat that can be elevated or lowered. The car is otherwise very, very impressive.
