In my 2013 Ford Explorer Sport, there's a kicker panel installed that covers over the interior fuse panel essentially rendering the fuse panel inaccessible. Unless one has tools on hand (a 1/4" wrench), it's not possible to even get a view of the panel, which should also fall under a safety issue as well as a convenience issue. In any case this fuse panel needs to be relocated to a better spot.
