Presently, the controls that power the 3rd row seats in 2013 explorer are active and can be accidently bumped by shifting cargo. A simple cover would prevent inadvertent activation. It's interesting when it happens and I am sure can damage the seat systems as well as catch a child's arms/legs. Something the size of one half an eyeglass case fits nicely over the controls for example. Or a power on/off switch could be added to the control panel.
