The Continental name goes back to the early 1960s, especially to the famous "suicide" door cars produced from 1960 to 1969, very iconic and stylish cars. In todays technology and safety requirements, the opposite door concept would be a big hit with the baby boomer generation as well with the newer generation that appreciates an American legend in the great motoring history with the Lincoln brand.
