I want Options
Why does the hybrid or hybrid plug in have to stand out? Why cant we order the drivetrain and still have all the nice luxurious options in the normal 2013 Fusion platinum? The wheels for the normal 2013 Fusion are gorgeous? Why deny a client the choice of having the nicer wheels just because they want the more advanced drivetrain? It should at least be an option to let us have our 2013 Fusion pop and look as well healed as the non hybrid versions. Please consider letting us have it. I think the new lines of the 2013 Fusion are gorgeous. You could have easily given this shape to Lincoln as the upscale design. I am blow away. Thank you for designing a sedan that is the envy of all other makes. It truly looks like it was built to compete with Audi and Acura. Just please give in to letting us pick our aesthetics. Thank you, Scott Smith

Brad Barefoot Hey Guys ! Take the new Focus for instance. Most of the options you want are actually cheaper to buy on the upscale models. I've considering a Focus and had settled into the SEL frame of mind with a few options. I decided to look at the Titanium model. After looking at the Titanium models standard features it cost less than the SEL I was considering. The only other option I'd like to see is Roof Rack like the Escapes has for my Luggage Turtle Box I need from time to time.

I agree, though my comment applies to the Focus. Make more of the options that are locked to higher trim options (like dual zone climate control) available to the Focus SE or make the 5-speed manual transmission (or better yet a 6-speed) optional across the line. There are those of us that would love to have a manual transmission available in a premium trimmed car and still get good gas mileage. I imagine the ST will have dual zone climate control, but I also doubt it will get the fuel economy of it's non-performance oriented Foci brethren. Special optioned, unusually configured cars that might not sell well don't have to be the cars that come down the channels to the sales floor, but I would like to have the option to configure some options or packages on a car I order directly from Ford. I don't mind having to buy heated mirrors with turn signals to get my heated seats in the same package, but for the health of my marriage, make dual zone climate control an option on a car with a manual :)!
