Vortex/swirl exhaust manifold would work by manufacturing helical shapes from the header to the cats and further to the mufflers creating a flow and possible a significant performance increase into the turbo. By already spinning the air into the inlet side the forces could increase spool and decrease lag creating more horsepower and fuel economy.
