Why not? Mate a H20 generator with a natural gas vehicle. Natural gas is cheap, water is cheaper. In the 1950s I had a Chevy that ran on propane, This was O.K. if you could find farm store for fuel. Also in the 30s we had a John Deere on the farm. One cylinder \"Popping Johnny\" That started on gasoline and after it warmed up you switched it over to kerosene for fuel. I m sure your engineers could come up on how to do this.
