I had a diesel 2000 Ford Excursion and I traded it in because I gave up on a new one coming out. I wanted a diesel 4-wheel drive 3/4 ton SUV. No one had one so I settled on a 4-wheel drive 3/4 ton gas Suburban. There\'s just no comparison to the Excursion. I miss my Excursion terribly. Everyone I talk to that has owned one said they would buy another one in a heartbeat if they would make them again. I have only had my Suburban for 3 months and I would buy an Excursion tomorrow if they would make one. I don\'t care about the gas mileage I want one exactly like my 2000 model. If I cared about gas mileage I would own a car! I want power and durability. I don\'t want anyone else to tell me to buy an Expedition XL because it is a far cry from even being close to the vehicle that the Excursion was. Even though the Excursion\'s are old they are still the best looking SUV on the highways! PLEASE BRING BACK THE EXCURSION!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, Veronica G.

joaquin r I would buy one with a 6.7 PS...TODAY! Just make sure and get the DEF/EGR/Filter computations straight (new tune). The Excursion would be more of an around towner and long highway for trips...not necessarily default heavy use like the trucks. I used my F-350 PS more like a daily driver and it didn't like it...wants/needs to be used properly.

Eric O YES! A New Excursion would definitely be a welcome sight to behold and frankly a 5.4L Ecoboost Engine would probably do a pretty good job of of moving it along!

Lee B We had a 2003 Excursion that I sold when gas went to $4.00 a gal. We really loved that Excursion. It was a great traveling vehicle. With the new 6.7 diesel motor that would really be a great improvement. I would buy one again!!!!

Lyon W I agree completely! My family is actually on our second excursion and even though I work at a ford dealership I can honestly say nothing else even compares in terms of size and comfort. I would just ask that you throw in an update touchscreen dash system, and give it proper brakes this go round.
