Internal External Engine + 2
The main idea I have is modification to a turbine engine so it can run internally. This may improve efficiency, performance, cost for e.g. Also 2 other ideas that improve efficiency by Internal Combustion modification but do not achieve as much. Welcome your response, will let the CIA, NSA, DoD And White House Know as well
