Inboard side rear view mirrors
I've experimented with mounting rear view, side mirrors on the dash inside the vehicle. The advantages are that they virtually eliminate blind spots and are not subject to being snow or frost covered or knocked off or out of adjustment, In addition, the lights from drivers following you do not glare in your eyes at night. Lastly, this configuration can reduce wind drag by more than 8% which will lead to better fuel economy and performance. I also believe the cars will be more stylish and sleek looking without the outside mirrors. This concept is not subject to patents.
