fuel economy
I have a power programer (edge racing products) and I have it set to show transmission and engine temp. I have observed that you do not get optimum fuel economy until the transmission has warmed to opperating temp. even in summer months. This is fact. So I figured that if a transmission heater or preheater would increase overall fuel economy by a Huge margine. The transmission should be heated to maintain a 100deg. constant temp. and transmission would heat to optimum opperating temp. in a very short distance of driving. This would be a major gain in fuel economy, I'm supprised that the boys and girls in research and development have not figured this out, if they have and they are just sitting on it, then shame on you all......
