I have the seat perfectly dialed in on my 2012 Focus, and I can't say enough about what a comfortable car it is. I only have one gripe. The steering wheel needs to telescope just about a half-inch more. My arms need to reach just a bit too far with my left foot on the dead pedal. It causes fatigue in my arms if I have to drive much more than 20 minutes or so. Other than that, as far as ergonomics go, don't change a thing!
